About Us

 Jamar’s Jammies is a nonprofit organization that gives back pajamas to underprivileged youth during the holiday season. This pajama drive was founded in 2018, I saw the need of the little things in the community that people overlooked when wanting to give back during the holiday season. In the first year of Jamar’s Jammies we were able to raise 425 pajamas in a matter of a month, with little to no social media push. The second year in 2019 we raised over 500 pajamas with more people starting to rally around our organization. 2020 we exploded on the scene with raising over 700 pajamas with multiple interviews from WDIV, Fox News, and a few radio interviews. Each year we give back to 3 shelters spread across Michigan such as The Children's  Center in downtown Detroit, La Casa Domestic Violence Center in Howell, and lastly Parkridge Community Center in Ypsilanti. These shelters have truly been amazing on the growth and journey of Jamar’s Jammies, but we are looking to expand to more shelters!
